So who is the Sarah behind Super Sarah??

Many visitors write to me wanting to know more about who I am and what I do, so here's where you can learn it all, or at least some... I've even complied a FAQ with answers to the most frequently asked questions I get through email. My hope is that by learning more about me and the multitude of activities I participate in, visitors will be inspired and motivated to try things they've always wanted to do, or that they'll discover ways to just get more out of life.
